Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active player account on 622ibg at any time. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 622ibg does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond our control. You should verify the applicable charges with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement exists as part of our anti-money laundering policy to ensure that funds are returned to their original source. Betting & Gaming Rules

Live / In-Play Betting: Odds on in-play markets are updated in real time and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. A slight delay between the live event and the platform data feed may exist. Bets accepted during this delay are settled based on the correct state of the event at the time of bet confirmation.
Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
Errors in Odds: In the event that an obvious pricing error occurs (commonly known as a "palpable error"), 622ibg reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Section 6

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all offers on 622ibg:

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

You may request the closure of your 622ibg account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of your closure request, we will process the closure within one business day. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (subject to the completion of any applicable verification and wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary payment method.

622ibg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
Failure to complete required age or identity verification within the specified timeframe
Evidence of duplicate account operation or account sharing
Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive betting behaviour
Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
Conduct that is threatening, abusive, or offensive toward 622ibg staff
Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, 622ibg will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe. During the suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. Any funds held in a suspended account will remain secure and will be returned if the investigation concludes in the player's favour.

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting support. Limitation of Liability

622ibg provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from error, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 622ibg shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

In all cases, the maximum liability of 622ibg to any player in connection with any single incident or claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their 622ibg account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. This limitation of liability section does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the 622ibg platform, shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith. 622ibg is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and transparently.
